The ABCD Building (Administration Cum Business Center for Dholera) is the central administrative hub for Dholera Smart City, reflecting the city’s vision of blending modern infrastructure with efficient governance. Strategically located in the Knowledge and IT Zone, the building spans a total built-up area of 36,000 square meters. It is seamlessly connected to the expressway via a 55-meter-wide arterial road, making it a pivotal point for administrative and business operations in the region.
One of the key features of the ABCD Building is its innovative single-window clearance system. This system is designed to simplify administrative processes, ensuring that businesses and residents can obtain legal clearances effortlessly. Instead of visiting multiple government offices, all approvals are processed under one roof, saving both time and resources while boosting overall efficiency.
In addition to serving as the administrative nucleus, the ABCD Building functions as the command and control center for Dholera’s ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) sensor networks. This high-tech system is integral to the city’s smart infrastructure, enabling real-time monitoring and management of critical services. For example, SCADA sensors are designed to detect and promptly report incidents such as fires, even minor ones, anywhere in the city. These alerts are immediately transmitted to the ABCD Building, allowing for rapid response and mitigating potential risks.
